Our mates at Fairfield Central are once again hosting donation bins to collect non-perishable food items for us. The bins are located outside Coles and Woolworths, so if you’re able to buy a little something extra and pop it in a bin it will help a family in need this festive season

Fairfield Christmas Donation Drive 🎄

This holiday season, let’s spread the joy by supporting Food Relief NQ & Angel Paws! We’re inviting the Fairfield community to donate non-perishable items and bring a little extra cheer to those in need. Every donation counts!

📅 WHEN: Now until Friday 31st January 2025
📍 WHERE: Drop-off points outside Coles & Mister Minit (see photos)

🎁 Donation Ideas:

Pet food
Cat litter
Dog & cat treats
Bedding & blankets

Food Relief NQ (Drop-off outside Mister Minit):

Hygiene products (sanitary items, deodorant, toothpaste)
Non-perishable food (noodles, rice, pasta)
Canned goods (fruit, veggies, fish)
Breakfast items (cereal, muesli bars, pancake mix)
Beverages (tea, coffee, juice, long-life milk)
Condiments (spreads, dressings, sauces)

||NATIONAL VOLUNTEERS WEEK||
This week we say thank you and celebrate our Volunteers as part of National Volunteers week. Food Relief NQ couldn’t operate without the generous time donated by our small but dedicated group of volunteers. From sorting donations to packing and delivering hampers and School Breakfast, they do it all.

There’s still time to donate to Food Sharing campaign! Donation stations are located outside Woolworths and Coles at Fairfield Central Shopping Centre and will be there until 8 April. All donations stay local and go straight back into our community

Head on down to Fairfield Central who are taking donations for us over this Easter Period.

We are pleased to introduce our Food Relief Donation Hub located outside Woolworths🥫🥣

Our aim is to support those facing hardship this year by helping to make their Easter a little bit brighter.

We are currently seeking donations of long-life food items that will be used to make food hampers through Food Relief NQ to support local families and individuals facing food insecurity,

Please join us and help make a positive impact on our local community. We will be taking donations from our hub until the 8th of April.

In the lead up to Easter, our friends at Fairfield Central are hosting a Food Sharing Donation drive, taking donations of non-perishable food items for . Find the donation point located near Coles and Woolworths where you can drop off tinned items, cereals, milk, rice, pasta and snacks to go into our Food Hampers!

Head on down to between 4-28 March and support our Easter Food Drive! The team at Fairfield Central will have a donation point for non-perishable food items which will then be packed into our Hampers just in time for Easter!
