EXCITING NEWS ☀️
As of Friday 31st, we will be starting our No Boundaries Community walks this Friday. This will be a 30-60 minute low intensity walk up and down the strand. This is a great chance to get out and socialise while getting some fresh air and exercise. 🚶
📍 Meet at Rockpool Pavilion
⏰ Mondays 3:30pm and Fridays 8am

Join us for 24 Hours of Heroes at 1 Million Strong next weekend on April 27th!🇦🇺 This event raises funds and awareness for veterans through Wounded Heroes Australia. The 24-hour event starts at 8am on Saturday and runs through Sunday at 8am. Teams of 6 will complete 1 workout every hour, with each member averaging 4 workouts over the 24 hours. Show your support by donating through ghe link below or joining us for a workout and cheering on our No Boundaries and 1 Million boys!
