Townsville Folk Club The Townsville Folk & Acoustic Music Club holds events every other Thursday at the Herbert Hotel. Open Mic nights for all levels of musical abilities

The Townsville Folk and Acoustic Music Club is a passionate community of folk music lovers. With events held every other Thursday, the club offers a mix of established artists and solo performers, providing a platform for the local music scene to flourish. From North Queensland to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and back again. Two great opportunities to catch Mark Hillman - Musician live.
This Sunday! 2pm 13th September Carlton Theatre Carlyle Gardens, Townsville Community Music Centre presents Streetlights to Spotlights. Soulful acoustic grooves and stories of a journey from busking through to touring and playing festival stages in Europe.
Thursday 17th September Townsville Folk Club returns and will be celebrating Mark's triumphant return with the feature artist slot. From Edinburgh Fringe Festival to the Herbert Hotel! Come and raise a glass with us.
There's blackboard slots available and we'll create an event soon. See you there!
