Magnetic Island Rotary

Magnetic Island Rotary Magnetic Island Rotary Club has raised and distributed in excess of $100,000 since being chartered in mid 2002.

The Club assists the local community as well as donations through Rotary International. Donations toward “Shelter Boxes” for areas of the world enduring housing crises through floods, earthquakes, fires etc., Rotary Foundation for world Health, Education & Literacy, Economic & Community Development, Safe Water and Sanitation, Peace and Conflict Resolution / Prevention. Magnetic Island Rotary paid

for the building of a kitchen at a primary school on the out-skirts of Dilli East Timor. All projects meeting basic human needs around the world.
