Another year celebrating the graduation of the Cowboys Community Foundation’s Dream, Believe, Achieve program. The program supports North Queenslanders facing barriers to employment through vocational training and pathways into long-term work. We support the program by providing each graduate with a laptop to help them take their next step, whether that is continuing their studies, undertaking further training, or starting their career.
Congratulations to all 26 graduates! We wish you all the best for what comes next.
A big thank you to Cowboys Community Foundation for the work they continue to do supporting young people across North Queensland.

In October, we are delivering our first digital inclusion project in Tuvalu, bringing a portable digital learning solution to one of the world’s most remote island nations. We will install our new Lab-In-A-Box kits to two schools in Tuvalu, alongside a 5-day, in-person digital skills training for teachers. Lab-In-A-Box is designed for remote and challenging environments. Each kit includes eight laptops, Starlink, a portable solar power system as well as our Teaching Digital Skills Unit.

This project is funded by the Australian Government under the Tuvalu Australia Partnership for Quality Education (TAPQE) - Australian High Commission Tuvalu.

Just a few weeks ago, these laptops left our Townsville warehouse. Now, they are in the hands of students and teachers across Fiji. Our team has been on the ground setting up new computer labs across Fiji, taking another step towards our goal of installing a further 30,000 computers in schools across the Pacific by 2030. DP World sponsored four schools, helping expand access to digital learning for hundreds of students and it was great to have their team join us on the ground to see first-hand the impact their support is making. A big thank you to our in-country partners Niunet, whose ongoing support and technical expertise continue to make these rollouts possible. Action over words. Real impact every day — the LiteHaus way.

In Timor-Leste, we are working alongside the Ministry of Education to boost digital learning in primary schools across the country. In 2025, together we installed computer labs in 16 partner schools, and this year we are continuing installations in 27 additional schools, bringing the total number of devices delivered in the country to 495.
Last week, our team visited some of our partner schools to see these digital learning spaces in action. These classrooms will support more engaging and interactive learning, helping schools integrate digital tools into everyday teaching and expanding opportunities for students in remote communities.

"Education is important for all students and all generations of Timor-Leste. Timor-Leste needs human resources and resources for work and to serve the country. It is important for the new generations to learn technology. We are very happy to receive this support." — Ms Pinto Cruz, Director of EBC Bidau Akadiruhun

These may just look like boxes, but inside is unlimited potential. Packed with 460 laptops, they're ready to make an impact across 44 schools in Fiji. These 44 schools will join our existing network, bringing the total to 83 LiteHaus computer labs across Fiji.
Thanks to the generous support of DP World and our in-country partners, Niunet , for making this project possible.

Recently, we supported 60 Year 10 students across Palm Island, Mornington Island and Doomadgee by providing 20 laptops per community as they prepare for senior schooling. Access to a personal device is essential for completing assignments, engaging in online learning, and staying connected during Years 11 and 12.
This project was delivered in partnership with selectability, who supported coordination with local schools and communities.

Our journey began donating one laptop to a school in PNG in 2017. We had no idea then how vast the digital divide in schools was across the Pacific. We have since come to know it and fight it, building computer labs in 495 schools across the region. While massive improvements are being made on connectivity, device poverty still hinders schools’ ability to make the most of the Internet. As part of our new Strategic Plan, LiteHaus International has set a goal to install 30,000 computers into schools across the Pacific by 2030. Achieving this would put digital technology at the fingertips of a quarter of the entire student population across the region. Just some of the initiatives we are delivering right now:

🇵🇬 partnering with Provincial Departments of Education and Sir Brian Bell Foundation, ExxonMobil PNG and Kina Bank and others, installing 2,400 computers into 160 schools across PNG in 2026.
🇸🇧 installing laptops into 40 schools across Solomon Islands with Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trades under the Stronger Education Together initiative.
🇫🇯 deploying 700,devices across schools in Fiji with Niunet, DP World and Its Time Foundation.
🇼🇸 partnering with E3 Samoa Trust to deploy 300 Chromebooks into schools on Savai’i.
🇹🇻 very exciting digital inclusion proejct in Tuvalu which we will reveal soon.

Across 380 partner schools in Papua New Guinea, computer labs are now part of everyday learning. That only works when systems are maintained beyond installation. It is a big footprint to cover but our local team is constantly visiting schools, checking equipment, resolving technical issues, and working with teachers to make sure labs are ready for digital learning.
