Morgan Jannusch is a trained journalist and storytelling brand strategist behind MJ Communications — a Queensland-based agency dedicated to helping small businesses share their stories with strategy and soul.

With a background in journalism and a passion for authentic communication, Morgan is known for her ability to help business owners unearth the story at the heart of who they are, shape it into a clear and powerful brand message, and finally show up with the confidence and consistency that turns connections into real business growth.
Morgan works with SMEs across Australia — from real estate agencies and community clubs to service-based businesses and coaches — helping them cut through the noise with content that feels genuinely theirs, not copy-and-pasted from a template.

Session overview:
In this session, Morgan will explore the power of storytelling and how to use it strategically to stand out, strengthen your marketing, and increase your visibility — with and without AI.
You'll learn why stories connect more deeply than sales messages, how to identify the moments from your own business journey that actually resonate with your audience, and practical ways to use AI as a tool without losing the human voice that makes your brand worth following.
