Our $80,000 Foundation grant is funding 1,067 Survival Kits, each containing a phone, SIM and charger to help victim-survivors seek support, stay connected and plan a safe escape.

We're proud to be providing $220,000 in funding to support Australian charities creating meaningful impact in their communities.

Funding available:
- 1 x People First Grant of $80,000
- 7 x Growing Stronger Communities Grants of $20,000

A big thank you to our People First Bank employees who supported Baby Give Back through our recent Community at Heart Appeal.

Together, our team donated 121 items of children’s clothing and 564 nappies to Baby Give Back, helping support babies and families who need a hand up.

These everyday essentials can make a real difference for families when they need it most, and we’re proud to support Baby Give Back in the important work they do for communities across Queensland.

Another year of impact. Another year of all kinds of good.
We're proud to share the People First Bank Foundation's achievements for 2025-26.

Over the past 12 months, we've provided more than $500,000 in funding to 46 charities across Australia, while also launching our first multi-year grant and first collaborative grant supporting multiple charities.

Together with our charity partners, volunteers, supporters and People First Bank employees, we've also reached some incredible lifetime milestones:
- More than $1.5 million in total funding provided
- Over 1,900 employee volunteer hours contributed
- More than 1,000 mobile phones collected through our support of DV Safe Phone

These achievements represent real people, stronger communities and meaningful change across the country.
