What a night at Suncorp Stadium! 🏟️✨

Some of our amazing BigDog participants had the absolute best time living it up and soaking in the electric atmosphere at last night's Broncos vs Storm game! We want to extend a massive, very special THANK YOU to the Gemmel family for generously donating the tickets that made this unforgettable experience possible. Your kindness brought so many smiles, and everyone had a fantastic time cheering from the stands!

🚀 Leveling Up Connections & Confidence! 🎮⚡

There is nothing quite like the adrenaline rush of teaming up, strategizing under the neon lights, and making every shot count! Laser tag isn’t just about the high-energy fun, it’s a powerful environment for building capacity, teamwork, and lasting friendships.

For our participants, activities like this are a vibrant gateway to social inclusion and community participation. By stepping into the arena, everyone gets to:🌟 Boost Social Skills: Communicating and collaborating in real-time with peers.🌟 Build Capacity: Enhancing spatial awareness, quick decision-making, and coordination.🌟 Foster Independence: Navigating new environments and challenges in a supportive, inclusive space.

What a fantastic week at BigDog Toowoomba Day Service!
Cookie's arts and crafts had everyone getting creative, followed by some delicious cooking that definitely got the thumbs up (and not many leftovers)!

We also hit the gym and put in the hard work... because curls get the girls (and the gains)!
To finish off the week, there were some serious pool battles. The best part? Watching the staff lose! Our participants made sure we knew about every missed shot!
Another week full of laughs, creativity, teamwork, and great memories at BigDog!

Our Friday coffee dates have quickly become a favourite, with plenty of laughs, great conversations, and, of course, delicious coffee. Tuesdays have also been a hit with our fresh haircuts, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and looking their best.
We had an amazing time celebrating Crazy Hair Day, with some wonderful wigs, colourful hairstyles, and lots of smiles all around. Everyone got into the spirit, making it a fun day to remember!
Our group also enjoyed a great lunch outing at the City Golf Club, where everyone had a chance to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and spend quality time together.

A big shout-out goes to Scotty, our Super Wagon vacuum legend! He had the vacuum out and was on a mission to keep everything spotless. We reckon he's earned the title of Super Vacuum Man!
There's never a dull moment at Toowoomba Day Service, and we can't wait to see what fun next week brings!
