🏆 A proud moment for Cosmos Community Care
We are delighted to share that Cosmos Community Care has been recognised at the 2026 Enablement Awards as The Most Outstanding Community Care Provider in Australia in 2026.
This achievement is especially meaningful to us as it marks the second time Cosmos Community Care has received this national recognition, following our previous award in 2023.
While we are incredibly proud of this achievement, we see this recognition as belonging to the many people who have been part of our journey.
To our dedicated team, the people and families we support, carers, community organisations, health professionals, partners and stakeholders, thank you. Your trust, commitment and collaboration continue to shape the work we do every day.
We are particularly proud to bring this national recognition home to the Darling Downs.
At Cosmos Community Care, our focus remains on supporting people with dignity and respect, strengthening independence, encouraging choice and participation, and contributing to a more inclusive and connected community.
