Fill your cup this Women's Health Week with a relaxed two-hour session designed to give women some time to focus on themselves 🌸

We’ll combine a guided mini facial experience and yoga movement with conversations around skin health, hormones, nutrition, stress and nervous system regulation ✨

Sunday 13th September - 10am - 12pm

This relaxing morning is hosted by Jessica Evans - Registered Nurse and founder of Pilbara Cosmetic and Wellness, a nurse-led health and wellness clinic based in the Pilbara. With more than 10 years of nursing experience across operating theatre, medical, palliative and community healthcare, Jessica has developed a strong interest in women’s health, hormones, skin health, nutrition, gut health and preventative healthcare.

A practical, interactive workshop for parents and caregivers wanting to better understand their child’s sleep from babyhood through to the preschool years.Suitable for parents and caregivers of babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children.

SLEEPING SUPER KIDS™
A practical, neuroinclusive workshop for parents, caregivers and professionals supporting children whose brains, bodies and sleep don’t always follow the rulebook. Suitable for parents, caregivers and professionals supporting neurodivergent children, including children with autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, anxiety, sensory differences or other neurodevelopmental needs. A formal diagnosis is not required.
