📣 Nameless Playgroup Needs You! 📣
Our beautiful little playgroup is at a turning point — and we need your help to keep it going 💛
To continue running, an Executive Committee must be formed, and we have until July to make it happen. Without a committee in place, our playgroup won’t be able to continue.
This is our space for little ones to play, learn and grow — and for parents and carers to connect, support each other and build community. But it can only happen with people willing to step up.
We’re looking for parents, grandparents, carers and community members who can help fill committee roles. You don’t need experience — just a willingness to be involved and keep this special group together.

President
• Leads the committee and meetings
• Helps guide decisions
• Supports other committee members
• Makes sure the group is running smoothly
Vice President (VP)
• Supports the President
• Steps in when the President is unavailable
• Helps with coordination and planning
Treasurer
• Manages the money
• Keeps records of income and expenses
• Pays bills and handles reimbursements
• Provides simple financial reports to the committee
Secretary
• Organises meetings and takes minutes
• Keeps important documents and records
• Manages correspondence (emails, notices)
• Helps with communication to members
💛 None of these roles need special qualifications — just a willingness to help and work as part of a team
