Another amazing update from our Rotary Youth Exchange students! 🇦🇺🌍🇮🇹

These beautiful photos from Ava’s exchange journey show her exploring the stunning island of Sardinia and visiting Milan, Italy. More importantly, they capture some of the many incredible friendships Ava has made with young people from all around the world, along with moments shared with her wonderful host family. ❤️

It’s people like these, caring host families, dedicated Rotary volunteers, and supportive communities — that make life-changing opportunities possible for young people like Ava and Leah. Through Rotary Youth Exchange, our students gain independence, confidence, cultural understanding, and friendships that will last a lifetime.

We couldn’t be prouder of both Ava and Leah for the way they are representing Tocumwal and Australia with kindness, courage, and enthusiasm wherever they go. You are both doing an amazing job and making our community incredibly proud. ✨

What an incredible experience for our Rotary Exchange student Leah! 🇬🇷✈️

Just look at these amazing photos from her recent trip through Greece with the Rotary Youth Exchange program. At only 15 years old, Leah is exploring Europe, experiencing different cultures, making lifelong friendships, and learning things that simply can’t be taught in a classroom.

How many 15-year-olds can say they’ve stood amongst ancient history, travelled across Europe, and gained the confidence and independence that comes from seeing the world? 🌍

Programs like Rotary Youth Exchange truly change young lives, opening doors to opportunities and experiences they will carry forever.

A huge thank you to Rotary International Youth Exchange and especially our own Tocumwal Rotary Club for helping make opportunities like this possible for local young people.

We are so proud of Leah and all she is achieving on her adventure of a lifetime 💙
