💗 Frocktober Luncheon 2026 – Fabulous Frocks for a Wonderful Cause! 👗

What a fabulous day of frocks, friendship, laughter and fundraising!

Three Springs Changemakers welcomed everyone to our Frocktober Luncheon today to support the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) and its important work in ovarian cancer research.

We enjoyed an informative presentation on menopause from our guest speaker, Nikki McCuish, followed by a delicious two-course lunch, People Bingo, our 21 Iconic Frocks guessing game, prizes and raffles. There was plenty of fun and laughter along the way!

💗 A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day special:

* Jen Mutter – coordination extraordinaire!!
* Bev Hepworth and Kellie Holland for the crockery and tableware.
* Nikki McCuish for sharing her knowledge and time.
* Everyone who donated gifts, goodies and raffle prizes.

Most importantly, today was about raising awareness of ovarian cancer and supporting the OCRF's vital research towards earlier detection, better treatments and improved outcomes for women and their families.

From all of us at Three Springs Changemakers, thank you for being part of such a wonderful community event. Together, we can make a difference!
