What a result for TSRC on the international stage 👏

A huge shoutout to Will Thompson and Lilly Brauer, proudly representing at the FIS CIT International Cup Pra Loup 2026 🇫🇷

Against a highly competitive field of athletes from 26 countries, both delivered standout performances:

• Will Thompson – 4th in U16 Slalom
• Lilly Brauer – 4th in U14 Giant Slalom

To be finishing right up there in such a deep international field is no small feat…and a great reflection of the work being done both on and off the hill.

We love seeing our athletes take on the world and mix it with the best 💥

Four members of the TSRC family take on the world today at the 2026 FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships in Narvik 🇳🇴

Current TSRC athlete Madi Gilson will be on the start line in the Women’s Giant Slalom, alongside TSRC alumni Phoebe Heaydon, Abbey Evans and Cate Dance, racing against some of the best junior athletes in the world.

It’s always special to see TSRC athletes representing Australia on the global stage, and the whole TSRC community will be cheering them on.

A fantastic result for TSRC athlete Xavier Lees at the Alpe Cimbra FIS Children Cup in Folgaria, Italy 🇮🇹⛷️

Xavier skied to an impressive 10th place in the U16 Men’s Giant Slalom, competing against one of the strongest international children’s fields in the world. The Alpe Cimbra FIS Children Cup attracts some of the very best young ski racers globally, making this a standout performance.

Huge congratulations to Phoebe Heaydon on making her World Cup debut this weekend! We are so proud to see another TSRC athlete stepping onto the biggest stage in alpine racing. 🙌⛷️

Phoebe will be joined by fellow debutante Sophie Mahon, with both girls set to compete in the FIS Alpine World Cup Tour Slalom World Cup in Levi, Finland.

They’ll line up alongside teammates Hugh McAdam (another proud TSRC alumnus!) and Louis Muhlen…a strong Aussie crew flying the flag on the world circuit🇦🇺🔥

Let’s cheer them on as they take on the world’s best!

This week we extend a huge thank you to Geoff Greentree as he retires after more than a decade of dedicated service as our Club Administrator.

Geoff has been the quiet engine behind the club, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. His passion for the sport, commitment to the athletes and care for the club community has left a lasting mark.

From the countless hours of organisation to the little details that kept things on track, Geoff’s steady hand and hard work have ensured the club has been able to operate at its very best.

We wish Geoff all the very best in his retirement….a well-earned chance to enjoy the next chapter. Thank you, Geoff for everything you’ve given to the club and to our sport.

🥇Performance – awarded to athletes with the strongest results in TSRC-sanctioned events, based on a season-long points system.
🌟 Most Improved – awarded by coaches for athletes showing the greatest growth in skills, race performance, consistency, attitude and commitment across the season.
