Lost property is having a reunion tour at Oakleigh this weekend.

We've got drink bottles that haven't had a sip in months, jackets wondering where their owners went, and enough mystery items to start a very average museum.

If you're grabbing a snag from the BBQ, do a quick lap past the lost property table. Your long-lost favourite shinpad might be waiting patiently for you.

⚽ Thunder Football Long Weekend ⚽

It's a massive weekend of football at Thunder, with action running from Friday night right through to the extra bonus day off on Monday! 🎂👑

Friday night kicks things off with our Masters Women taking the field at Oakleigh.

Saturday brings matches across both Ruddock Park and Oakleigh Oval, with the barbecue fired up and running all day. Grab a bite to eat, catch up with friends and enjoy a full day of football.

Sunday is another big day at Oakleigh, with a packed schedule of games and plenty of football action.

Then on Monday, we're making the most of the long weekend with extra matches at Oakleigh and the barbecue running once again. 🌭🍳🥓

Whether you're playing, supporting, volunteering or simply looking for somewhere to spend part of your long weekend, come down and enjoy the football, the community atmosphere and a great few days around the club.

🌤️ Grounds are OPEN for training this week, Thunder fam.

Please help us look after the pitches by staying out of the goal mouths and avoiding any muddy or worn areas where possible. A few extra steps around the boggy bits now will make a big difference for the rest of the season.

Weekend weather update 🌧️⚽

At this stage, it’s looking very likely that games will be OFF this weekend, apart from those scheduled on All-Weather Pitches, but please check Dribl and confirm with your Team Manager for the latest updates.

We’re still on for Team Photos at TWPS 📸 and the BBQ at Oakleigh will be fired up with bacon & egg rolls and sausage sandwiches ready to go 🌭🥓

Just remember... sauce AFTER photos please 😅

After a pitch inspection this morning and word from council, today’s training has officially been called off.

The ducks have completed their walk-through, claimed the midfield, and confirmed conditions are currently more suitable for waterfowl than football. 🦆⚽

Unfortunately we’re closed again for training tonight. Grounds are absolutely soaked and there’s just been way too much rain.

Get some touches in indoors if you can… hallway dribbling encouraged. Just maybe don’t smash any windows 😅
