Central Coast Athletics needs help to save adjacent parking at the Regional Athletics Track... the proposed Senior Housing Development threatens to take all adjacent parking away.

❄️ Winter Track & Field by Mingara Regional Athletics Club kicks off this Saturday. Very relaxed, pay track entry and mark your name off at the shed to compete for $2. Hand timed and just for fun & fitness.

Our Winter Track & Field series is back for another year. It will take place on the 3rd Saturday of each month with the first one commencing on 16th of May.

Everyone is welcome and events are subject to volunteer availability on the day.

⏰ Set your alarms, TWLA!

Tomorrow morning, our girl Bethan will represent New South Wales when she takes to the track at the 2026 Australian Athletics Junior Championships for the first time.

Bethan has earned her place among the top Junior athletes in the country with huge qualifying times in the 400m and 400m hurdles (running up an age group!) earned during the athletics season.

To make it to this level is an outstanding achievement, and Bethan has a huge team of people cheering her on, both in the stands and on TV screens and mobile phones at home! Catch all the action on 7plus and cheer along with us.

Congratulations Bethan - TWLA is so proud of you! Have fun experiencing all that Nationals has to offer 🩵🖤
