I’m cooking online tomorrow night and would love you to come along! If you want to learn some tips about the thermomix we will be showcasing the dishes below - the beef tacos is a TM6 specific recipe but all others can be easily cooked by TM5 and TM31 customers :)

My Mum recently turned 20x3 - she’s not a cake lover, instead I made 2 sticky date puddings and layered them with whipped cream and drizzled salted caramel sauce over the top...mmmmmm The puddings and sauce were thermomade and transported to the event but as the cream wasn’t needed til the next night I didn’t whip it...error error - I didn’t take my Thermomix...10 minutes and 3 “whippers” later it was stiff enough to hold the weight of the top cake...delicious!
Note to self: don’t leave Thermomix at home!

Sunday’s are for preparing for the week ahead - but it shouldn’t take all day! We prepped as well as played with a trip to the beach, clean up, sleep in and a movie. We have a freezer full of meals that will cover us for 2 weeks worth of lunches and dinners.
Today’s prep included:
Paprika chicken
Chunky bolognese
Sticky sesame chicken
Red pesto chicken salad
Aussie chow mein
Fried rice
Taco bowls
Poached eggs
Ham and cheese rolls
Chocolate zucchini mini muffins
Roast beef + veggies

Tonight we had an hour up our sleeves while we gave the kids some promised tech time...so we put the twins to work and prepped food the week ahead! Bolognese, taco mince, broccoli salad, superfood salmon salad, mayonnaise, grated cheese, guacamole and sourdough starter all done! No excuses for not eating wholesome meals for a few days here!

tah dah - quince paste has set! I used a recipe from Dani Valents’ “In The Mix” cookbook with an extra 30 minutes of cooking to set it nice and firm - I used rapadura sugar which has led to a darker colouring than you will see if you use white or raw sugar. This will keep in the fridge for months but I will gift it to friends and family. Ps sorry I didn’t film with insta size in mind
