WINTER - Now is the time to manage your invasive grasses!

With spring fast approaching, now is the time to check your paddocks for serrated tussock and other invasive grasses and plan control before they set seed.

A mature, serrated tussock plant can produce up to 120,000 seeds, so identify it early and prevent seed production - this will make a significant difference to long-term control.

Landholders can use this time to identify and map infestations, organise treatment and plan follow-up monitoring.
