🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀
Breast cancer can affect both women and men, so it’s important for everyone to be breast aware.
Take a few minutes to check your breasts regularly and get to know what is normal for you. If you notice a lump, change in shape or size, skin changes, ni**le changes, unusual pain, or anything that doesn’t seem right, please speak with your doctor.
💗 Early detection can make a real difference.
Encourage your mum, sister, daughter, partner, friend — and the men in your life too — to check themselves.
A simple check could save a life. 🎀

🥓🍳☕ A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR TRADIES! ☕🍳🥓
A huge thank you to all the tradies who braved the chilly Tenterfield morning and joined us for breakfast at Tenterfield Home Hardware this morning.
Everyone enjoyed a delicious bacon, egg & sausage roll, and thanks to the wonderful generosity of Chris Woods, each tradie also received 4 FREE coffee vouchers to use at participating cafés around Tenterfield. ☕☕☕☕
A very special thank you to Simon & Laura, Chris Treks For A Cause, Moore Eggs and TenterLIFE Su***de Prevention Network for your wonderful support in helping make the morning such a success.
It was fantastic to see everyone come together, share a feed, have a chat and help shine a light on Tradies Mental Health. 💙
Thank you to everyone who supported the morning — our tradies are an important part of our community and looking after mental health matters.
