We extend our sincere gratitude to our members and volunteers for their outstanding local service, delivered with compassion and purpose to our community.

A merry band of Lions volunteers from our Greening branch-group worked hard this morning to tidy up and add new plants to our adopted park, at the Lakes Linear Park on Parmelia Drive. The rain held off nicely and they achieved much of what we aimed to do.

An extremely positive and productive morning! Our monthly stall mornings are always busy, starting with our team meeting at 9, harvesting and gardening at 10 and our organic produce stall at 11.

Please make someone’s Christmas a little happier by donating non-perishable food items.
Donation points at Watergardens and Keilor Downs Commonwealth Bank branches and at local MP offices.

PLEASE HELP
We’re proud to once again be involved in the Brimbank Giving Tree.
We are collecting nutritious, non-perishable food items for delivery to local Food Banks to assist them in helping people struggling to make ends meet as we head towards Christmas.
Collection points can be found around the area, including at Commonwealth Banks and local MPs offices (Natalie Hutchins and Natalie Suleyman).
We will be directly collecting at Bunnings on Dec 6 and 7, and at Watergardens on Dec 13 and 14.
Please consider nutritious non-perishable items:
-rice and pasta
-bottled sauces
-canned foods
-tinned fish
-olive oil
-spreads
-rolled oats
-cereals
-etc.
