We are once again offering our Understanding Your Toddler group at Forster Community Centre.

A Free Parenting Course
For families with children aged 12 months - 36 months. This group session has been developed for parents to provide information on understanding your toddler. It includes
• Toddler development
• Toddlers and sleep
• Toddlers and eating
• Toddlers and challenging behaviours
Dates: 9th and 16th June 2026
Time: 11 am to 12.30pm
Location: Forster Community Health Centre,14 Breeze Parade Forster
FREE of charge to Medicare card holders.

Circle of Security
Free Parenting Group Course

An 8-week group for parents with babies from 4 months of age and/or children up to 5 years of age.

The group is designed to enhance the bond and sense of security for both parent/carer and child in their relationship by:

• Giving parents a road map as a way to better understand their children’s needs.
• Inviting parents to reflect on their own experiences of being parented and how it impacts their parenting.

Dates: 8 Tuesdays commencing 24th February 2026
Time: 11 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Forster Community Health Centre, 14 Breeze Parade, Forster NSW.
Cost: Free
Babies in arms are welcome. Childminding not available
