🪴 What a great afternoon in the garden! We harvested an amazing amount of potatoes, pulled out the old vege, built slug traps, fed the kookaburras some grubs and planted cucumbers! Well done to our gardeners for an afternoon of hard work. 🌱

📚 Theme: “Growing Our Words”
Our fun, play-based and interactive sessions will help children build and expand their vocabulary while learning through engaging activities and play.

We will run two sessions for:
🌟Years 1 & 2 - 3.30pm - 4.15pm
🌟Years 3 & 4 - 4.30pm - 5.15pm

✨ Spots are limited, so register early to avoid missing out!

We're always looking for ways to make visiting the Hub easier. Soon families will notice a change to the way they sign in on arrival.

It's a quieter week at the hub as we settle into week 1 of term 4. Next week we will be in full swing with our regular weekly programs back up and running.

We're excited to share important news about the future of First Steps Count:

Clare Brennan has officially moved into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). She'll be supported by our new Business Manager Kylie Burke, who has already proved to be an invaluable addition to the team.

These appointments signify something exciting: First Steps Count is growing up. We've outgrown our start-up model and are now building a team that will sustain this work long into the future.
