Celebrating AES Women leaders in honour of International Women’s Day ⭐️💛⭐️

Introducing the Deadly Nat Tighe, AES Coffs Harbour, Group Training Field Officer

We asked Nat what advice would she share with other women about their career:

“We as women are everything to everyone else and nothing to ourselves, it’s okay to be selfish. Taking care of yourself is essential for long-term success and well-being. Strive for a balance between work and personal life. Don’t shy away from challenges or opportunities outside your comfort zone. These experiences can lead to significant growth and development, both personally and professionally.”
