Would you like to help reduce Gender-based violence and improve mental health and resilience in your community?

We are offering a FREE ESD+ Facilitator Training in Urunga.

ESD+ is holistic, trauma-informed curriculum that combines two practical and evidence based systems: Empowerment Self Defence (ESD) + Mindfulness-Based Stress Management.

The three pillars of our training are empowerment, resilience and safety and ESD+ is designed to help women and girls more confidently navigate challenging and/or threatening situations, anywhere along the stress and violence spectrums.
