This Saturday, Barossa Valley Community Kids will be volunteering their time on the Community Breakfast Bar to serve up the delicious breakfast rolls from 8am.
Their zhooshed up Barossa Breakfast Roll includes :⁠
*Gumshire, Hampshire Pork and Bacon – Streaky Bacon⁠
*Freund Fresh – Free Range Eggs⁠
*Tanunda Bakery - Bread Rolls (or Barossa Bagels for a gluten free option)⁠
*Relish, sauce or a delish chutney from one of our Stallholders

Upcoming Public Holiday Closure
King's Birthday - Monday, 8 July

Please note that the centre will be closed on this day.

As per our enrolment agreement, public holidays are charged at the regular fee rate. Families will continue to receive any Child Care Subsidy (CCS) they are entitled to for this day.

What a beautiful day with our BVCK families yesterday. Even with the slightly wet weather, the children brought all the joy and energy we needed to make the day shine!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a morning of creativity and Christmas fun. From the Tanunda CFS fire truck and face painting to crafts, crazy hair, music and the children’s gifts, it was lovely seeing our community come together to celebrate the end of another wonderful year.

A huge thank you to our educators, volunteers and committee members who helped bring the day to life. Your support means so much. Here’s to a bright and joyful finish to the year.

We have been watching the forecast closely and have decided to go ahead with our Christmas celebration tomorrow.

Event details
Sunday, 30 November
10:00am to 12:00pm
Barossa Valley Community Kids

Weather-wise, it will be a cool morning with some wind and the possibility of light showers. Please dress warmly and bring rain jackets and gumboots for the children. We will be using our indoor spaces and setting up as much of the entertainment under cover as we can. This decision reflects the importance of creating time to celebrate with our children and bringing our family community together.

Entertainment planned:
CFS fire truck
Face painting
Christmas crafts and making station
Crazy hair styling and temporary tattoo station
Acoustic duo Sun & Moon
Special Christmas gift for the children
Plus all the wonderful nature play our centre offers

BYO: Food, snacks and drinks
Optional: Folding chairs or picnic rugs if the ground isn’t too damp

We look forward to celebrating the end of another wonderful year with you.
