Today Tamworth City Lions catered for the Zone Finals of Youth of the Year. It is amazing how focused and well-spoken these wonderful young adults are. Well done to all concerned!!

Tamworth City Lions spent this morning packing Easter Eggs for distribution to the local branch of Meals on Wheels as part of our a World Service Day activity.
The eggs will be given out over the coming week, along with meal deliveries, to bring a little Easter cheer to their many clients. A well-deserved cuppa was in order at the end of the task before delivery to MOW. Thank you Lions!

Tamworth City Lions held another very successful Car Boot Sale at Gipps Street Carpark today.
March has proven to be a very busy month for our Lions, with still more activity within our community to come. Well done Lions!!
Next Car Boot Sale is scheduled for June 2026, so keep an eye out for our signs and social media posts.

Saturday, 14 March 2026, Tamworth City Lions Club had the pleasure of catering for the Annual Regional Hospitals Auxiliary Conference.
These volunteers do an amazing job with the support that they give to our regional hospitals.
The ladies were most gracious with their feedback about the food we had prepared.

Tamworth City Lions had the pleasure of preparing the BBQ steak and sausage sandwiches for the Veteran's Cricket at No. 1 Oval, yesterday, Sunday, 08 March.
We will be back there on Tuesday evening to do it all again for this lovely group of locals and visitors to Tamworth.
The sportsmanship and comradery was outstanding gents!

Tamworth City Lions Club are having another Car Boot Sale on Sunday, 22 March 2026 at the Gipps Street Car Park from 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Tamworth City Lions President, Lion Jo Newberry and Secretary, Lion Lyn Pavel presented Sora Community Services CEO, Belinda Kotris with $500.00 and some books, videos and stuffed toys to help brighten Christmas for some of the vulnerable peoples Sora assist in our community.
Our very kind Lions members decided, that in lieu of Secret Santa gifts, to direct this donation, along with books donated from Tamworth Lions Annual Book Sale.

Wednesday, 10 December 2025 saw Tamworth City Lions and Partners attended The Pub for their end of year Christmas celebration.
A big thank you to the staff at The Pub for the wonderful food and service.
We had an incredible evening with much fellowship and laughter.
Merry Christmas everyone and a Happy, Healthy and Safe 2026.
