Around 4:45pm Thursday 12 March, a Westpac was tasked by on an inter-hospital transfer from Rural Referral Hospital to John Hunter Hospital. A man in his 70s, suffering a serious medical condition, was stabilised by hospital staff and the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to .

Around 10:30 am, Wednesday 4 March, the Westpac was tasked by NSW Ambulance on an urgent inter-hospital transfer from Hospital to Rural Referral Hospital. A female in her 20s suffering a serious medical condition was stabilised by the NSW Ambulance critical care paramedic and a NSW Health doctor from the helicopter’s critical care medical team before being airlifted to Tamworth.
