A massive night at the Lodge! 🏛️

First and foremost, a huge congratulations to Bro. Jeremy Siemon on being raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. A flawless ceremony for a very deserving Brother.

We also had a "surprise" visit from a strong team representing Burleigh #307.

While we were busy celebrating Jeremy’s achievement, the Burleigh Brethren took the opportunity to "liberate" our travelling gavel! 🔨💨

It was great to have such a packed house, We look forward to visiting Burleigh soon to bring that gavel back home where it belongs!

Taking The Next Step.

The March meeting at Tamborine saw the Lodge carry out a 2nd degree for Bro. Josh Hamilton from Stradbroke Lodge No.349H.
A good night was had by all, and well attended, just what we like to see when a Bro. takes his next step along his journey.

Congratulations Bro. Josh on a job well done and congratulations to Stradbroke Lodge for allowing us to do the work on their behalf.

Next Big Charity Event – Save the Date!

Tamborine Masonic Lodge No. 259 is excited to announce our next major charity event in support of Young Diggers — a Charity Golf Day to be held at Beaudesert Golf Club on 31 May 2026.

Everyone is invited to join us for a fun and friendly day on the course, featuring on-course competitions, lunch, raffles, and great prizes, all while raising funds for a truly worthwhile cause supporting veterans and their families.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just in it for the laughs, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a great day out and give back to the community.

Fundraising gets Results!
Members of Tamborine Masonic Lodge No. 259 were proud to recently present a donation to Young Diggers, representing the proceeds from our recent BBQ fundraiser.

Young Diggers is the charity chosen by Tamborine Lodge to support through our Local Community Partnership Program, and we are delighted to contribute to the vital work they do in supporting veterans and their families.

We are also pleased to share that the Lodge’s donation will be matched dollar for dollar by Hand Heart Pocket through their Dollar for Dollar Program, with an additional contribution provided under the Dollars for Doers Program — further increasing the impact of this fundraiser.

A sincere thank you to everyone who supported the BBQ, whether by volunteering their time, making a donation, or stopping by for a snag and a chat. Community support like this is what makes initiatives like these possible.

Tamborine Masonic Lodge remains committed to giving back locally and supporting organisations that make a real difference in our community.

Fundraising is Fun.
Tamborine Lodge manned the Bunnings BBQ to raise funds for our Local Community Partner “Young Diggers” on Sunday 21st.
Lodge members and family voluntolds toiled through the heat of the day to make it a worthwhile & successful event. The enthusiasm from the team was infectious, with great interaction with the community supporting the cause. Well done everyone.

2025 coming to a close in memorable style for Tamborine Lodge.
November saw our newest member, Bro. Kilsby take his 1st Degree

December saw our longest serving member VW. Bro. Rosser, receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the Lodge, for his 74 years of service to Tamborine Lodge and the community, as well as celebrating his 100th Birthday.

Congratulations to you both and thanks to our visitors for your support.

Local Community Partnership
Through Hand Heart Pocket, the charitable arm of Queensland Freemasons, Tamborine Lodge has entered into a Local Community Partnership with Young Diggers.
Young Diggers provides a variety of support services and programs to help serving and ex-serving personnel of the Australian Defense Force, First Responders and Custodial Correctional Officers and their dependents.
The partnership became official as of 10/06/2025 and the Lodge is pleased to announce that the first donation of $15,000 has be made.
The Lodge looks forward to a productive and supportive relationship with Young Diggers and is grateful to Hand Heart Pocket for their support in providing this opportunity.
