Today was another fun day! 😍 We split into two teams - T1 went off to start the insulation work on our tiny house, while T2 went to inspect a property for our village project. We all fell in love with the place and agreed it was perfect for our needs 🏡 but the vendors wanted more than we have to spend 😕 - damn! And so it goes … the search continues 🔍
We also celebrated Suki’s recent birthday with a yummy cake 🧁 HB Suki 🥳

Today we finished the railing on the access ramp of our little home. We had a good day 😄 with great teamwork as always 😍 Thank you everyone who came along and helped today - ❤️🙏

What a great day at Container of Dreams! 🔨❤️
Lots of jobs getting done, plenty of laughs and camaraderie, and a fantastic effort from everyone who came along. John was, as usual, bright and early and straight into it! 💪
Thanks to Paul for cooking us a delicious lunch, and to the kitchen helpers - and to everyone who joined us today. Another awesome day with an awesome crew! 🙌

Today we attended the NSW Reconstruction Authority information session on Homes Reuse Program. We had lots of questions and got lots of answers. We were very moved by Aunty Queenie’s beautiful Welcome to Country - and how wonderful to see a lovely old friend ❤️

Another great day at Container of Dreams! 🏡🔨❤️
We got heaps done today — the handrail went on the ramp, we started work on the downpipes for our new water tanks, and we welcomed a new volunteer, Matthew! It was also lovely to see an old familiar face too 😊

We had plenty of fun in the kitchen, cooking up a delicious lunch with enough to deliver meals out into the community. Another productive day, plenty of laughs, and lots of reasons to be happy! 🙌❤️😍

Ramp complete! 🏡❤️

Today we finished the ramp for the tiny home we delivered to a community member last week. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen! 😍 🙌
It might just be a ramp, but it will make such a huge difference to this person’s independence, safety and quality of life. Another little project with a very big impact. ❤️

A big effort was put in over the last couple of days to make a ramp for the recipient of our tiny home - one last push tomorrow should see it completed and ready for lift off 🚀 😁

We had an awesome day today with lots of jobs getting done, and always with great camaraderie - and more tractoring 😁🚜😎 Community in action ❤️💙😊

Back on site today bright and early (it was only 4 degrees🥶) to secure and level the building in readiness for its new occupant ❤️🚜😊
