M A N Z

M A N Z is a non-profit organisation which evolved from the idea of making handmade candles, soaps and cushions and aligning it with a passion to contribute to the wellbeing of those experiencing distress, as well as generating greater understanding about mental health. Since its inception in 2016, M A N Z has evolved into a space where people's lived experiences of mental health challenges are being celebrated, validated and heard. We coordinate arts events, the 'peer cafe' and written submissions, sharing our wisdom through our CRAFT and WARRIOR stories.

The homewares and decor available are lovingly handcrafted using all natural ingredients, essential oils, botanicals, up-cycled materials and of course, much love

M A N Z is committed to continuing the development of mental health understanding, awareness, trauma informed supports and advocating for recognition, validation and acknowledgment of the wisdom inherent in ones lived experiences.
