Sometimes we don’t have the words to express ourself accurately, or the message gets lost in translation, from heart to world and world back to heart, but nothing gets lost or misconstrued when communicating through the magical didgeridoo 🧡🧡🧡 it communicates directly soul to soul . 🎵💨

I was asked to show how to do Caducious arms. Here’s a video showing it and in Warrior 2 🧘‍♀️🦎

Hip opening practice overlooking beautiful Avalon beach. The winter sun was warming today, I feel warm inside.

Even though there was ALOT of Vata energy around me I still managed to soften and open inside. I feel the water and wind energy moving inside of me.

I love that so much.

Forrest practice on the beach and double rainbows

Hamstrings and hips focus plus inversions. With intent to increase vital energy.

Gindi was extra playful and full of vital energy. 😂 She makes me laugh. I love her so much. 💙💙💙 little cutie 🥰 soul friend.

As I stood up from Savasana I saw an amazing rainbow forming full arch across the beach then it became a double rainbow. It’s a joyful omen for me.

Sunset yoga vibes.

Sometimes I do my practice in the morning. Sometimes in the evening . Loving the choir of birds squawking me on 😁
