💙 National Meals on Wheels Day - a celebration worth the wait!

Okay, so we might have been a little late celebrating National Meals on Wheels Day… but after seeing these photos, we think you’ll agree it was well worth the wait! 🎉

Spring absolutely turned it on for us, delivering the perfect sunshine for the first day of the season, and what a day it was! ☀️

This celebration was extra special because, for the first time since our merger, Nepean Food Services and Hawkesbury Meals on Wheels volunteers came together as one team. 💙

It was fantastic to see so many of our incredible volunteers together, sharing a meal, plenty of laughs and celebrating the amazing work they do for our community every day.

We were also so pleased to welcome Mayor Clr Todd Carney, Karen McKeown OAM - MP for Penrith and Robyn Preston MP. Thank you for joining us and helping us celebrate our wonderful volunteers!

A huge THANK YOU to every single one of our volunteers!
