Following the excitement and strong attendance of last month's Cocktail Event, our June luncheon provided a more relaxed opportunity to catch up and enjoy good company.
While many members sent their apologies due to work commitments, family activities, and the all-important duties of being grandparents (a role that's hard to turn down!), those who attended enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of conversation, laughter, and great food.
With a smaller group, some of us took the opportunity to try something different from the menu. The Barramundi received glowing reviews, while the veal proved to be a delicious and satisfying choice.
As always, one of the highlights was the lively discussion around the table, covering everything from travel and tourism to current events and plenty in between.
We look forward to welcoming members and guests to our next luncheon on the first Wednesday of next month at 12:30 pm at the South Sydney Graphic Arts Club. If you haven't joined us before, we'd love to see you there!
