UPDATE:
We are holding meetings with every candidate in the Bradfield electorate. Why? To show them our National Agenda and raise these key issues facing climate and nature in the upcoming election!

Here’s the response so far:

Greens - on board with the agenda and the candidates forums.

Nicolette (independent) - Likes the agenda,
willing to commit, wants a meeting to discuss it further, and is keen on the candidates forum.

Liberals (Giselle Kapterian) - No Response.
After multiple attempts we have still not managed to get a hold off Giselle.

If you know how to contact her, please feel free to pass this on..

Or in other words: “Could the real moderate Liberals please stand up.”

ACF Bradfield are asking MP’s and candidates of Bradfield to commit to protecting climate and nature if they get elected.

Had some fun today speaking to the public at Gordon Markets! Great to see people are keen on Nature protection.

We had people saying they’re pro nuclear and express a fear about windfarms. Definitely something to follow up on throughout our campaign with factsheets.

A common theme throughout our campaign is hearing people are pro nature and pro nuclear.

A big thank you to our volunteers Bill, Martin and Rob! Without volunteer support our campaigns simply wouldn’t happen.. big appreciation to you all 🙏

ACF Bradfield out and about doornocking in Pymble!

On the 1st of Feb, 6 ACF Bradfield volunteers ventured out to connect with locals and the issues they care about..

We had some interesting conversations about Nature protection, Nuclear energy and Renewables. It helped us see that some nature lovers are pro nuclear. It was fascinating to listen to what others had to say and certainly made us reflect on how we can reach out to people across the entire political spectrum.

This is why we must do all that we can to make sure this doesn't happen in Australia. If it does, we're looking at a delay in renewables, rise in nuclear energy and further blocks on strengthening nature protection laws.

ACF Bradfield's first event was attending a lovely day out birdwatching Field of Mars. It was a great relaxing time to come together and connect in nature before we gear up for our Federal election campaign!
