A Legacy That Lives On

When Yosef Yehuda Chirik z”ל fell defending Am Yisrael, he left behind far more than memories.

He left a legacy of kindness, faith, and unwavering dedication to those around him.

This past Shabbat, we had the privilege of welcoming his family to Beit Binyamin. In the midst of unimaginable loss, we witnessed remarkable strength, dignity, and hope. Since Yosef Yehuda’s passing, his wife gave birth to their son — a living reminder that even in the darkest moments, life continues to grow.

Their presence reminded us that while heroes may leave this world, the values they lived by continue to inspire, uplift, and shape the future.

May Yosef Yehuda’s memory forever be a source of blessing, and may his family be granted strength, comfort, and abundant joy in the years ahead.

What happens when Rebbetzins and Torah leaders are given the opportunity to pause, connect, learn, and recharge?

Over Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, women from communities across Israel gathered in Tzfat for the first Rebbetzins Ba’Aretz Yarchei Kallah Retreat.

Together, they explored Torah, leadership, education, resilience, tefillah, and personal growth. They shared experiences, built meaningful relationships, and found strength in a community of women dedicated to serving Klal Yisrael.

From inspiring workshops and discussions to the uplifting Musical Hallel and the unique atmosphere of Tzfat, the retreat provided space for reflection, renewal, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this experience so meaningful.

May the relationships formed and the inspiration gained continue to strengthen communities throughout Israel.

Baruch Hashem, Beit Binyamin has reached an exciting stage of growth. As our community continues to flourish, we are expanding our team to help us strengthen our programs, fundraising efforts, and overall impact.

As we grow, Rob, Jen, and I remain deeply committed to preserving what makes Beit Binyamin special: a warm, close-knit community with a genuine personal connection to the people we serve.
