MUC's Annual General Meeting will be held in person (at Dave & Di's house) and virtually at 7PM on Monday 14th September. The AGM will be brief and then followed by a summer league / club planning session. Feel free to attend the AGM only - all club members welcome.

Please consider volunteering for a position on the Committee of 7: up to 4 Office Bearers (President / Vice President / Treasurer / Secretary) and at least 3 ordinary committee members - see the current MUC committee
If you would like to nominate yourself please email manlyultimate[at]gmail.com prior to the AGM and advise the names of 2 club members who endorse your nomination - they will also need to email the club to confirm. You can nominate for more than one position, but need to nominate which positions specifically. Any positions that are not nominated for, can be filled during the meeting instead.
If you have Any Other Business that you would like the Committee to vote on, please email the club ahead of the meeting - otherwise that can be raised in the planning session and voted on at a future committee meeting if required.
AGM AGENDA:
1) To receive the acting President's report on the club activities of the previous financial year
2) To receive and consider the club's financial report for the last financial year
3) To elect office bearers and ordinary committee members
4) Any Other Business
