Alhamdulillah, we kicked off our Martial Arts Classes today at Grand Omar Mosque! 🥋💪

It was fantastic to see our young people getting active, learning new skills, building confidence and enjoying the training in a positive and supportive environment.

Classes will continue every Saturday morning, inshaAllah:

🔵 Boys: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
🟣 Girls: 10:15 am – 11:15 am
📍 Level 2 – Grand Omar Mosque
💰 Only $15 per class

We strongly encourage all mums and dads to get their sons and daughters of all ages involved. Martial arts is a great way to develop discipline, confidence, fitness, focus and self-defence skills — while making new friends and having fun!
