Exiles was at PlayCon 2026 running a lot of gaming tables, mostly ttrpgs. What a massive weekend! Thanks to the PlayCon and Board Game BBQ folk for running an excellent convention

Hello Exiles! This is your (soon not to be) President speaking. The first AGM after the Covid rules will be held on Sunday the 28th of August. There will be the chance for your Democracy Sausage to be acquired on premises free for all paid members (and probably also for guests if you are nice enough to the barbecue people!) at Midday and then from 1pm the AGM will proceed.
If we are able to easily set up for it to be livestreamed to the Discord for people that can't make it, we will do so but we make no guarantees at this stage. Voting for your new committee will be able to be done via email or in person as per usual.
If you wish to try your hand at assisting with the operation of the venue, you can! There will be a post made with the exact procedure but the cut off for putting your name in the hat will be 10pm Sunday the 21st of August. In order to be on the committee you need to be running a game or frequently doing significant non committee activities to support the club.
Several of the current positions within the committee will not be able to be held by the current people due to the limits our constitution places on number of consecutive terms but those people will still be able to be on the committee or even hold other positions
