Interested in EvQ, but not sure you're ready to apply for 2027?
You don't have to be.
Our EvQ Open Day is completely free, with absolutely no obligation to apply.
It's simply an opportunity to come along, see how EvQ works, hear from current participants and mentors, and decide whether it might be something you'd like to explore further.
And there's a bonus: everyone who registers for Open Day will also be invited to try one of our online ELEVATE sessions afterwards.
Come and take a look.

Is ambition a good thing? And how do we know when to lean into it — or when it might be time to lean out?
Caroline Spencer is joined by Victoria, a barrister and mother of two, for a conversation about ambition, opportunity and the motives underneath the goals we pursue.
They explore the tension between selfish and selfless ambition, making the most of opportunities and asking whether what we’re pursuing is genuinely serving others — or ourselves.

Good conversations often start over something simple — coffee, food and time together.
Creating spaces for Christians to connect, ask questions and encourage one another is a big part of what we do.

Why not invite a Christian colleague for coffee this week and ask how you can encourage them in their faith at work?

The Morning Brief is a short, sharp and practical session for Christians navigating the real issues that come with everyday work — difficult conversations, strained relationships, disagreement and conflict.

At our next Morning Brief, Rev. Dr Dan Anderson will help us explore how forgiveness, humility and biblical wisdom can shape the way we respond when things get messy at work.
Because following Jesus doesn’t just shape what we do. It shapes how we work with others.

What does it actually look like to grow as an evangelist?
Meet Ollie.
Already passionate about sharing his faith, Ollie wanted to grow his confidence in speaking about Jesus publicly.
Through EvQ, he met regularly one-on-one with his mentor to be encouraged, pray and identify practical next steps to grow his public evangelism. Alongside mentoring, he took part in training designed to develop his skills and confidence.
That's what EvQ is about — helping Christians intentionally grow in sharing Jesus.
Curious about what that could look like for you?
Come along to our EvQ Open Day to discover our approach, hear from EvQ participants and mentors, and ask your questions.

Before the strategy, the meetings, the events and the conversations — we pray.

We know that the work of sharing Jesus and helping Christians live out their faith in the workplace ultimately depends on God.
So we pray for our workplaces, our cities, the people we meet and for opportunities for the gospel.

He did his PhD on forgiveness. So what does forgiveness look like when things get messy at work?

Meet Rev. Dr Dan Anderson, Director of the Lachlan Macquarie Institute. Dan’s PhD explored the philosophical ethics of forgiveness — making him the perfect person to help us think through one of the realities every workplace faces: conflict.

At our next Life@Work: The Morning Brief, Dan will explore how forgiveness, humility and biblical wisdom can shape the way Christians respond to difficult conversations, disagreements and strained workplace relationships.
Because following Jesus doesn’t stop when we walk into work.

We don’t need to have everything figured out before we follow Jesus.
Faithfulness often looks like simply being willing to trust him with the next step.
Where might God be asking you to trust him today?

Before we head back into our workplaces, we need to be reminded of who we’re living for.
We want to see Christians encouraged by God's Word and equipped to live for Jesus in the places they spend their week.
