Young Engineers Australia, Sydney Division (YEAS) is a special interest group that focuses on the needs of engineering students and professionals under the age of 35. Engineers Australia membership is free for university students and discounted for graduates. YEAS aims to empower all young engineering students and professionals to build their careers and promote their profession through educationa

l and social events. We focus on connecting engineers across Australia, both senior and junior engineers, through networking events and building professional relationships. YEAS also holds several workshops designed to discuss upcoming engineering technologies and innovative solutions. We also seek to facilitate connections between engineers and other relevant committees in the built environment industry.
