This Sabbath, our Sydney Cook Island Women's Ministry has extended an invitation for the GSC Director of Women’s Ministry, Meleofa, to serve as their Guest Speaker for Women's Emphasis Day. She is eagerly anticipating spending Sabbath in fellowship, prayer, and scripture study, centred around the theme message 'Hineni, Here I am'.

All are welcome to join us on June 13 at 11am. An encouragement to all Women's Ministry leaders to share photos or videos of their special day. May God be with you all as you prepare.

June 6 was a blessed Sabbath for Prayer Ministry. Meleofa had the opportunity to share God's good word at Warrimoo SDA Church for the 30 Days of Prayer - Day 6, 'When Prayer is your Foundation.' Thank you to Pastor Toni Marsh for the invitation and the warm and kind hearts of the Warrimoo church members.

🌸 Women's Emphasis Day Is Almost Upon Us! 🌸

This year's theme, June 13th, "Hinneni – Here I Am," is a powerful call to respond to God's voice with willingness, faith, and surrender.

As we prepare for this special Sabbath, now is the time to ensure that your church has plans in place to celebrate and uplift the women in your congregation and community. Whether you invite a guest speaker or empower your local Women's Ministries team to lead, let this be a day where women are encouraged to step forward and say, "Here I am, Lord. Send me."

We encourage churches to involve women throughout the entire day—from Sabbath School to the Divine Service and Afternoon Program. Create opportunities for women of all ages to share testimonies, lead worship, present special music, facilitate discussions, and inspire others through their God-given gifts.

Remember, God has always called ordinary women to accomplish extraordinary things. From Esther's courage to Mary's faithfulness, from Deborah's leadership to the Samaritan woman's testimony, God continues to use women who are willing to answer His call.

May this Women's Emphasis Day be more than a program—it may be a moment of renewal, empowerment, and recommitment to God's purpose.

✨ "Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, 'Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?' And I said, 'Here am I. Send me!'" — Isaiah 6:8

Let us prayerfully prepare our hearts and our churches as we answer God's call together.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!

Sydney Adventist Women, together with our Women’s Ministry Leaders and supporters, raised an incredible $16,000 for Solomon Islands 4 Christ Mission Trip. We praise God for His provision, generosity, and the strong spirit of mission shown through so many faithful hearts.

These funds will assist with accommodation, airfares, resources, and transport for the evangelism mission in Honiara, Solomon Islands (TPUM4Christ). From July 3–20, thirteen laypersons from Sydney Adventist Women will travel on a two-week mission trip to share the love and hope of Jesus with local communities. We invite you to continue praying for our team, that the Holy Spirit will prepare hearts and lead every aspect of this ministry.
