Are you looking for a large community event to showcase your business?
The Blacktown Show is back for 2027 and we are currently seeking Food, Beverage, Retail and Service vendors to join us for an exciting new chapter of this iconic event.
📅 Saturday 13th March 2027 | 9am – 9pm
📅 Sunday 14th March 2027 | 9am – 4pm
✅ 19 hours of trading opportunity across 2 days
✅ Over 4,000 attendees across previous years
✅ Family-focused entertainment and activities

Vendor Sites:
🍔 Food & Beverage Vendors: $400 (3m x 3m)
🛍 Retail & Service Vendors: $300 (3m x 3m)
📏 Larger spaces available upon request
Please note:
• Vendors must supply their own marquee, tables and chairs
• No power available onsite
• Categories are capped and allocated on a first paid basis
• We actively work to minimise duplication where possible to help maximise vendor success
We have already secured a fantastic range of vendors and are excited to continue building a diverse and vibrant event for 2027.
