We're busy planning something extra special for our SUNDAY FAMILY FUN DAY at the 2027 Blacktown City Show... 🎪

And we want to know...

Would your little ones love a TEDDY BEAR PICNIC & COMPETITION? 🧸🌳

Bring along their favourite teddy and join us on the grass for a giant Teddy Bears' Picnic, followed by some fun competitions!

🌏 Exciting News from the Blacktown Show Society! 🌏

We're thrilled to announce that we're planning something brand new for the 2027 Blacktown Show... introducing our Festival of Nations! 🎉

Blacktown is one of Australia's most diverse communities, and we want to celebrate the incredible cultures, traditions and people that make our community so special.

We're currently looking for individuals, community groups and organisations who would like to be part of this exciting new precinct.

We're seeking expressions of interest for:
✨ Traditional dance performances
🎶 Cultural music and entertainment
🍜 Authentic food vendors
🎨 Arts, crafts and cultural demonstrations
👘 Traditional clothing displays
📚 Storytelling and cultural experiences
🤝 Community information stalls
🌍 Any other activity that celebrates your culture and heritage

Whether you represent a cultural organisation, dance school, community group, or simply have a unique cultural experience to share, we'd love to hear from you!

Our vision is to create a vibrant Festival of Nations where thousands of visitors can experience cultures from around the world, learn something new, and celebrate the diversity that makes Blacktown such a wonderful place to live.

🎪 VENDORS WANTED - BLACKTOWN SHOW 2027 🎪

Are you looking for a large community event to showcase your business?

The Blacktown Show is back for 2027 and we are currently seeking Food, Beverage, Retail and Service vendors to join us for an exciting new chapter of this iconic event.

📅 Saturday 13th March 2027 | 9am – 9pm
📅 Sunday 14th March 2027 | 9am – 4pm

✅ 19 hours of trading opportunity across 2 days
✅ Over 4,000 attendees across previous years
✅ Family-focused entertainment and activities
✅ Sunday Family Day
✅ Improved layout designed to maximise patron flow
✅ Increased marketing and promotion
✅ Proudly serving the Blacktown community for over 102 years

Vendor Sites:

🍔 Food & Beverage Vendors: $400 (3m x 3m)

🛍 Retail & Service Vendors: $300 (3m x 3m)

📏 Larger spaces available upon request

Please note:
• Vendors must supply their own marquee, tables and chairs
• No power available onsite
• Categories are capped and allocated on a first paid basis
• We actively work to minimise duplication where possible to help maximise vendor success

We have already secured a fantastic range of vendors and are excited to continue building a diverse and vibrant event for 2027.

The Blacktown Show is back for 2027 and we are now accepting expressions of interest from vendors for our refreshed and growing event!

🛍 Retail Vendors
💼 Service-Based Businesses
❤️ Community Groups & Specialty Stalls

The 2027 event will feature a refreshed direction with a stronger focus on family entertainment, attractions, community engagement and creating a vibrant atmosphere across the weekend.

As a volunteer-run community event proudly operating for over 103 years, we are excited to continue growing and modernising the Blacktown Show for the community.
