Learn with us. Make a difference.

NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) manages more than 850 protected areas in NSW, covering over 7 million hectares and representing around 8 per cent of the land area of the state. The expertise and inter-generational knowledge involved in conserving these environments is passed on through Traditional Custodians, NPWS staff, volunteers, affiliated organisations, visitors and the broader

national parks community. This education and learning are critical to the ongoing conservation and enjoyment of NSW national parks. NPWS Education welcomes and supports our state’s young learners through NSW Department of Education school education programs. By investing in the learners of today, we support the protection of environmental and cultural heritage of tomorrow. Facebook Community Guidelines
