We are a community non-government, not-for-profit charity founded in 1991. Based in Surry Hills, NSW, we work with community, clinicians, government and other stakeholders to get the best support and information for people affected by viral hepatitis.

👏 Our brilliant team at yesterday afternoon’s DBS (dried blood spot) testing outreach at Hope Street Community Centre in Dubbo—joined here by Hope Street Manager, Christine.

DBS uses drops of blood from the end of your finger - no needles or syringes - meaning easier access to testing in the community. 💛

Hepatitis NSW will be visiting BaptistCare HopeStreet on Thursday 15 October as part of a Gilead funded initiative to increase hepatitis C testing, prevention and treatment across regional NSW.

Eligible participants will receive a FREE Hepatitis C Dried Blood Spot (DBS) test and a $25 EFTPOS card for taking part.

From 13 - 16 October, Hepatitis NSW will be visiting Orange, Dubbo and Wellington as part of a Gilead funded initiative to increase hepatitis C testing, prevention and treatment across regional NSW.

Eligible participants will receive a FREE Hepatitis C Dried Blood Spot (DBS) test and a $25 EFTPOS card for taking part.

The initiative supports increased testing, raises awareness of hepatitis C prevention and helps connect people with highly effective direct acting antiviral (DAA) treatment.

Stay tuned for event dates, times and locations across Orange, Dubbo and Wellington.
