Day 2 of the IFAM Australia Convention

What an incredible day it has been!

While yesterday was all about engaging with children and their parents, creating memorable moments, and interacting with well-known councillors, today gave us the opportunity to connect with an even wider range of people and share more about Al-Mawrid's mission, activities, and publications. From listening to a grandmother share her stories of Afghanistan to discussing our work and resources with visitors, the day was filled with enriching exchanges and new connections.

We are truly grateful to everyone who visited our stall, took the time to engage with our team, and showed interest in our work. Your support and encouragement mean a great deal to us.

Al-Mawrid Australia would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to our dedicated volunteers Noor Afshan Siddiqui, Yawar Saeed Khan, Zain-ul-Abadeen, and Irfan Syed, whose time, energy, and commitment helped make the event a success.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank our valued members Rafiq Khatim,
Javed and Zeeshan Hussain for their support and contributions throughout the event. This would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our volunteers, members, and supporters.

We are excited to announce that Al-Mawrid Australia will next be attending the Gallipoli Event on 20th and 21st November 2026. We look forward to meeting many of you there and continuing these conversations.

Thank you once again for making Day 2 such a memorable experience. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
