Playgroup NSW runs a range of supported playgroups and parent peer support groups from the Billa Road Hall in Bangor. We currently have availability in some of our groups. Find a group that meets your needs and join us for play, support, and FUN!

PlayStrong supports children aged 0-3 to have access to a quality early learning setting and helps families learn about and connect with local Early Childhood Education Centres. Join from the comfort of your own home as we celebrate each child's unique strengths and foster family connections. All families are welcome - no diagnosis or NDIS required!

From the very beginning, babies differ in temperament – and these differences influence how we interact with them and shape their experience of the world.

In this session, BabyLab researchers (Dr Antonia Goetz and Sheena Stow-Smith) explore:
• What temperament is and how it shapes parent-child interaction
• Extroverted vs introverted personalities – what differences in language learning can we see?
• How can we adapt our interaction to support different children?

Understanding temperament helps us move from comparison to connection – and from frustration to responsiveness.
