Huge win for gig workers in Australia! 🇦🇺

Delivery drivers for platforms like Uber and Doordash will be guaranteed a minimum hourly rate of pay of $31.30 after a landmark judgement. The new standards for workers also include pay for waiting time and personal accident insurance.
Congratulations to Transport Workers Union - TWU for winning this victory after years of organising and campaigning. They have shown the power of unions to protect the most vulnerable workers.

✊ Now, we must win the fight for rights for platform workers across the world.
