UNIT has chapters in the University of New South Wales, the University of Sydney and Macquarie University: making UNIT one of Sydney's LARGEST inter-university networks for finance and investing. What we do:
- Inform students of career opportunities and how to get there
- Run in-depth seminars where industry professionals speak about their insights into investing, trading, markets and career adv
ice.
- Run social events that allow members to network with a huge pool of like-minded fellow students- not just from Macquarie University, but from UNSW and USyd as well.
- Give students great opportunities to network with the leaders of the investing and trading field, through workshops, lectures, panel discussions, social days etc.
- Publish Fully Franked, a newsletter which filters and condenses the wide world of finance into a form relevant for students
- Operate the student managed fund Investing for Charity
