As we embrace our new identity as Proveda Foundation (Formerly Community Capital Foundation), we want to reaffirm our mission.

We focus on identifying key issues that can truly make a difference in our community. By working closely with community and partner organisations, we determine where our support can have the greatest impact. We believe in empowering smaller grassroots organisations that drive change in their own right.

Through our grant-giving program, we aim to amplify their impact, enhancing their capability and capacity to benefit the broader community. Over the years, we’ve supported some incredible initiatives, and we’re excited to continue this work.

Our Grant Round #5 is Now Open!

Proveda Foundation (formerly Community Capital Foundation) is proud to launch our Compassionate Communities Grant for 2024! This grant is designed to support organisations focused on helping individuals and communities affected by su***de loss.
We recognise the vital role that communities play in supporting those bereaved by su***de. That’s why we’re committed to backing grassroots initiatives that create compassionate communities which support wellbeing and harm prevention.

Who Can Apply?
We’re seeking applicants with innovative programs that help destigmatise conversations about su***de and bereavement. Your project should involve and educate the broader community, whether through workplaces or schools on how to address and support this critical issue. Our focus is on initiatives that primarily support those affected by su***de in the Northern Sydney region.

Key Dates:
Applications Open: 2 September 2024
Applications Close: 11 October 2024
Outcome Notifications: 20 November 2024
