SAFE Animal Rehoming SAFE stands for 'Sydney's Animals For Everyone'. We rehome animals, mainly cats in Sydney Australia. We also offer premium boarding for cats.

less and stray animals. SAFE cares for animals both at SAFE Haven in Roseville and through foster carers. All dogs are cared for by foster carers
Animals are either surrendered or found abandoned by good samaritans. All animals available for adoption are microchipped, desexed, health checked, behaviour assessed, vaccinated and treated for fleas and worms. The charity is run by a committee voted for by members and headed by a President. Do you have a sturdy, vacuum cleaner that you can donate to SAFE? - one that works with electricity? We moved with 3 but they've all given up the ghost and we need to keep our lovely, new home clean! The good news? We have enough towels but we need to keep them laundered rather than throw them away when they need washing! We need some kind Laundry Fairies to help! The towels & small blankets are mostly clean & generally just need a fresh wash before being used for the next resident.
You can collect and deliver any time between 10 & 4 any day to fit in with your schedule. Every load you wash & dry helps us spend more time caring for the cats and less time worrying about laundry πŸ™πŸ˜ΊπŸ§šβ€β™€οΈPlease share and contact [email protected] if you can help on a regular basis. TWO FOSTER CARERS NEEDED for the following cats:

One Mum and 4 x 8 week old kittens and Garry. His foster carer has to go away intermittently and Garry much prefers to be in a home environment to an enclosed space at the shelter. He needs to be on a tablet morning and night for 1-2 months and will be available for adoption after that. So it would be wonderful to find a foster home until we can make him available. He is super friendly and gets on with other cats. Please reach out via fb message or email to [email protected] if you can help with either.

Just another hoop to jump through.... google has suddenly decided we have to make a 2-5 minute video featuring our location and proof that our business is connected to the premises we are filming. We have tried a couple of times and been rejected. It could take google up to 5 days to verify. We will persevere but meanwhile the charity will not come up on any searches. If anybody out there works for google, if you have successfully shot a video which has been verified or can help us to overcome this challenge please reach out to us....Thanks!

We have been busy cleaning Barcoo Street for the last week or so and have delayed painting over these murals ...but unfortunately the time has come...and it was an emotional moment as we reflected on the number of cats and kittens who were adopted from our first premises in Roseville (2,000+). Thankfully 9 years later we have been able to progress into a new home at 𝟐/πŸ” π“πšπ«π¨π§π πš 𝐏π₯𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚 π•πšπ₯𝐞
We look forward to seeing you there!

Patch, Emmy and Mr Adventurer were the first three cats that have been adopted from our new home in Mona Vale. For those who don’t know, you can now find us at Unit 2/ 6 Taronga Pl, Mona Vale. We are still settling in, but we have a number of lovely cats looking for their forever homes. So please feel free to come for a visit any day between 10am and 4pm.
